Welcome to TCG Card Scanner: Price, Value (the "App"), operated by TIM PROJEKT PLUS DOO ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App, including all related services, features, content, subscriptions, and technologies.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the App immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction, to use the App.

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you satisfy these requirements.

7. User Content

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that:

• You own or have permission to use such content;
• Your content does not violate any law or third-party rights;
• Your content is not unlawful, abusive, defamatory, fraudulent, or misleading.

We may remove User Content at our discretion if we believe it violates these Terms or applicable law.

8. License to User Content

By submitting User Content through the App, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, and use such content solely for:

• Operating the App;
• Providing requested services;
• Improving functionality;
• Maintaining security;
• Complying with legal obligations.

You retain ownership of your User Content.

9. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The App may use artificial intelligence technologies to generate, analyze, identify, classify, summarize, or otherwise process content.

AI-generated results:

• May contain inaccuracies;
• May be incomplete or outdated;
• Should not be considered professional, legal, medical, financial, scientific, or other expert advice;
• Are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only unless explicitly stated otherwise.

You acknowledge that any decisions made based on AI-generated output are made at your own risk.

10. Intellectual Property

The App, including all software, designs, trademarks, logos, graphics, databases, content, and technology, is owned by or licensed to [Company Name] and protected by intellectual property laws.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period.

Free Trials

Where offered, free trials automatically convert into paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial period ends.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

Deleting the App does not automatically cancel your subscription.

Refunds

Refunds are subject to the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made.

12. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with or provide access to third-party services, websites, or content.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, security, or privacy practices.

Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and the applicable third party.

13. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or remove any feature of the App at any time without liability.

We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, secure, error-free, or uninterrupted.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App immediately and without prior notice if:

• You violate these Terms;
• We are required to do so by law;
• Your use creates legal, security, or operational risks.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ends immediately.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF:

• NON-INFRINGEMENT;
• ACCURACY;
• RELIABILITY;
• AVAILABILITY.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

16. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, [COMPANY NAME], ITS AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, PARTNERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• INDIRECT DAMAGES;

• CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES;
• LOSS OF PROFITS;
• LOSS OF DATA;
• BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

(A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP DURING THE PREVIOUS TWELVE (12) MONTHS; OR

(B) USD $100.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless [Company Name], its affiliates, officers, employees, licensors, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App;
• Your User Content;
